Overview

Responsibilities
  • Generating and sending accurate invoices and credit notes to customers promptly
  • Assisting Credit Control in monitoring customer accounts for non-payments and irregularities
  • Following up with customers on unallocated payments via phone, email, or mail
  • Posting customer payments and reconciling the AR ledger
  • Maintaining detailed records of accounts receivable transactions
  • Resolving billing issues and disputes professionally
  • Processing supplier invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payments
  • Monitoring and managing accounts payable ageing reports

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AR processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
