Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Wednesbury

Details:

  • Full time (39 hours) or Part Time (30 hours)
  • Straight permanent or temp to perm
  • £30k per annum (Pro-rata for part time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Ledger - Processing and maintaining supplier invoices
  • Sales Ledger - Raise and issue sales invoices
  • Payroll
  • Statement reconciliation
  • General admin duties

The Person:

  • Experience in a similar role and understanding of basic accounting and financial administration
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with XERO payroll system an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
