A leading automotive dealership in Warrington is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will manage various accounting functions, including sales and purchase ledgers, while working alongside dedicated professionals to support dealership operations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, contributing to the efficiency of the accounts department.
About the role
Volvo Warrington has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including managing sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties as required.
Working pattern: Flexible shifts between Mondays and Fridays.
About You
Experience in an accounting or administrative role is required. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not essential.
We seek candidates who are enthusiastic, well-organized, diligent, and capable of working to strict deadlines while paying close attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team is important.
