Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and data.
• Support the department in the management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Contribute to the maintenance of financial records in accordance with company policies.
• Perform regular financial analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare annual budgets.
• Assist in the management of the company's tax commitments.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Sound communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and acting with discretion.
