Cpl NI is working with a leading business to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. You will work with the wider accounts department on a variety of finance and administrative tasks.

Duties
  • Allocating incoming payments to customer accounts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Handling customer queries regarding payments.
  • Managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment.
  • Processing supplier invoices.
  • Preparation of supplier payment runs.
  • Use of document management system and maintain digital filing processes.
