We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance department through accurate record keeping, efficient administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth running of the day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update files accordingly
  • Scan, file, and manage electronic and paper documents efficiently
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with month-end bank reconciliations and related paperwork
  • Support general administrative duties as required within the accounts department
