Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies where necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes as required.
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A background or qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge of working in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
