Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with suppliers?
We have a short-term Accounts Assistant opportunity to support a critical finance project, ensuring a smooth transition of supplier payments into our ERP system (IFS).
Our Client is excited to be on the grid for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship. To achieve their goals, they need to create and sustain a high-performance culture in every area. They have ambitious plans to build an outstanding operation that can compete at the highest level.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Contacting 500+ suppliers via email to request updated supplier details, with a focus on bank details.
  • Following up with suppliers to ensure all required forms are returned.
  • Inputting accurate supplier details into IFS ERP.
  • Setting up a new payment type in IFS for supplier payments.
  • Conducting verification calls to confirm bank details before processing payments.
  • Liaising with the AP Supervisor to correct any discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent communication skills – comfortable emailing and calling suppliers.
  • High attention to detail – accuracy is crucial when handling financial data.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred) is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks efficiently.
