Job summary

Müller UK is recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a 12-month fixed term contract. Hybrid role in Telford, three days on site. You will study towards AAT and gain hands-on experience in a busy Finance Team within Fixed Asset responsibilities.

Your duties include asset creation, depreciation processing in SAP, asset reviews, inter-company movements, and month-end journals. Strong Excel and asset knowledge are essential; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified AAT
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Good knowledge of Fixed Assets and SAP experience preferable

Responsibilities

• Fixed Asset Creations, Capitalisations and Disposals (Up to 250 assets created a month)
• Depreciation cycles through SAP
• Asset Under Construction reviews
• Review and transact Inter Company transfers
• General Ledger code clearing down in SAP
• Various monthly journals
• Allocation of hours to Projects
• Monitoring movements on vehicle fleets
• Physical Verifications
• Impairment Reviews
• Assistance with year end audits
• Use of Excel spreadsheets to present and analyse key information

We're recruiting...Accounts Assistant

Location: Telford / Hybrid - 3 days per week on site.

Contract: Full-Time, (Part-time would be considered) and a 12 month FTC

Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours)
