Accounts Assistant — Selsey, West Sussex
35 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
£24,000 per annum

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is experienced in payroll, invoicing, and general office administration, and who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll accurately and on time
  • Prepare and issue invoices; follow up on overdue payments
  • Handle general office duties including filing, data entry, and email management
  • Answer and make phone calls confidently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounts, payroll, or office assistant role
  • Confident telephone manner and excellent written and spoken English
  • Computer literate with Sage 50 and MS Office skills
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Must live locally to Selsey
