  1. Managing a busy Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring invoices and queries are handled efficiently
  2. Processing weekly expenses, making sure everything is accurate and on time
  3. Handling daily banking tasks and keeping financial records up to date
  4. Managing credit card transactions and ensuring all payments are accounted for
  5. Chasing supplier payments, liaising confidently to resolve any outstanding issues
  6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes
  7. Working on urgent payments, staying calm under pressure and meeting deadlines
