Accounts Assistant

RG Consultancy are working with a very well established and successful manufacturing business in Oldham. You will join a small finance team and report back to the Finance Manager. This role will suit an Accounts Assistant who is studying AAT and looking for more exposure in accounts.

The Role

• Purchase ledger, preparation of weekly payment runs, processing of invoicing
• Bank reconciliations
• Manage the accounts receivable and assist with credit control
• Reviewing and managing expenses
• Assist with monthly management accounts
• Assist with audit preparation
• Being a point of contact for all account queries via email and phone

The Person

• At least 2+ years of experience within an account's assistant role
• Recently AAT qualified or studying AAT - study support can be given
• Experienced within purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
