Job summary

A growing company in Norwich is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage financial tasks including payroll and invoice processing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Xero and have strong Excel skills. This office-based role offers a salary up to £30,000 p.a., with a working schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Xero is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Experience with payroll and/or Barclaysnet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Upload and process supplier invoices.
  • Run payroll and manage staff wages.
  • Manage payments and reconciliations via Barclaysnet.
  • Maintain financial records using Xero.
  • Assist with general finance admin tasks.
