Accounts Assistant, 4 DAY WEEK, Co. Down, Perm, Industry

Your new company

You will be joining a well-established business with a small and professional team to support the Accounts function. This will be a Permanent Full-time Accounts Administrator position based in Co. Down offering a 4-DAY WEEK.

Your new role

  1. Maintain accurate and organise records for customers, suppliers, and internal documents.
  2. Handle sales and general correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries professionally and promptly.
  3. Assist with compliance & regulatory documentation for ISO accreditation.
  4. Support bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and statement reconciliations.
  5. Assist with payroll preparation, holiday schedules, and expense management.
  6. Assist with credit control.
  7. Generate reports on sales, expenses, and inventory as required.
  8. Process customer orders, invoices, and quotations in the CRM/ERP system.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.
  4. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proactive problem-solving approach.
  7. Knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, or logistics is advantageous.
