Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a finance role is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential.
  • Desirable qualification in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Process and reconcile invoices and payments.
  • Verify timesheets and billing information.
  • Maintain records and manage filing systems.
  • Provide reception and administrative support.
  • Assist with reporting and process improvements.
  • Handle customer and supplier queries professionally.
  • Support month-end and year-end finance activities.
  • Assist with reconciliations and general ledger postings.

Skills

Previous experience in a busy financial environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel

  • Previous experience in a busy financial environment

  • ATI Qualified (Desirable)
