We are working with a small but perfectly formed accountancy firm in the centre of Manchester to hire an Accounts Assistantto join their happy team.

You'll enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, working with a friendly and supportive team you'll further your knowledge and skill in all things accountancy!

The role itself will revolves around:

  • Management accounts
  • Annual accounts
  • Personal tax returns
  • Corporation Tax Returns
  • VAT Returns
  • Liaising with clients and dealing with queries
  • CoSec assistance
  • Payroll assistance
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Advising clients with general tax/accounting/software queries
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years UK practice experience, experience working with Xero, studying for AAT Level 3 or higher, and have excellent customer service & communication skills.

The salary offered is between £20k and £25k, with the option to opt for full study supportif required.This firm have a great culture and enjoy casual dress, flexible start times and an early finish on a Friday! Giving you great work / life balance in an environment that you'll love to learn in.
