JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a local business in Keighley who are looking for a sales ledger clerk on a permanent basis.

The role is 100% office-based and reports into a financial controller, covering the sales ledger with added responsibilities across the purchase ledger and reconciliations to keep financial information accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales ledger and reconciliations preferred.
• Ability to handle customer accounts and supplier queries.
• A proactive, reliable approach to finance tasks.

JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a local business in Keighley who are looking for a sales ledger clerk on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great brand who have experienced some serious growth over the last three years. The role is working as part of a team of six in finance, the client is open to experience as full training can be given.

The role is 100% office-based.

Reporting into a wonderful financial controller, the role not only covers the sales ledger but also some added responsibility across the purchase ledger and reconciliations ensuring the financial information is accurate, up-to-date and maintained in line with the company controls. Duties include:

• Raise sales invoices, supporting the accounts receivables process
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Dealing with various queries
• Prepare and process supplier payments
• Process purchase invoices
• Process wider finance transactions to strict timescales
• Support both internal and external audits
• Ad-hoc wider accounts duties as expected within a small team

Applicants must possess a good working attitude, candidates with both good experience and less experience will be considered for the role, the key emphasis is on the person.

Offering a salary in the region of £28,000 - £30,000 with some excellent benefits.
