About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team at ME London Hotel. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth and compliant running of financial operations, including reconciliations, cash control, and month-end assistance-while maintaining the highest internal standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Partner with monthly closing processes
  • Perform reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Manage daily hotel cash control procedures
  • Handle outsourced F&B invoice reconciliations and issue cross-charge invoices
  • Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Monitor adherence to hotel finance procedures and report discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities to improve transactional efficiency
  • Maintain full awareness of brand standards and support guest service-related initiatives
What We're Looking For

Education & Experience
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar hotel finance role
Skills & Knowledge
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial compliance
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g. PMS, SAP)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
