Accounts Assistant

Location: Rivers Hospital, Sawbridgeworth

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time, 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday

Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits

Summary:

The Rivers Hospital is one of the leading private hospitals in the UK, conveniently located just off the M11, accessible from London and the Home Counties. The role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team at Rivers Hospital. The ideal candidate will be methodical, accurate, organized, and eager to develop professionally, with training and ATT qualification opportunities provided.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Bank reconciliation
  2. Month-end processes and pre-payments
  3. Banking procedures
  4. Invoice coding
  5. Handling consultant queries
  6. Responding to telephone and email inquiries
