Your new role

In your role as Finance Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing weekly sales/debtors reports and distributing them to the equity partners.
  2. Undertaking a purchase ledger control function and overseeing accurate monthly creditor payment runs, including monthly supplier reconciliations.
  3. Completion of bank reconciliations for the group limited companies.
  4. Completion of client bank account reconciliations.
  5. Undertake control account reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
  1. Previous experience in a similar role.
  2. An AAT Qualification (Desirable).
  3. Ability to be flexible, adaptable and focused on customer service.
  4. Experience with various ledgers and bank reconciliations.
