Description

• Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with the management of accounts payable and receivable.

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.

• Support in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.

• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers/customers to resolve any financial queries or discrepancies.

• Assist with VAT returns and other regulatory filings.

• May be working towards their accountancy degree
