Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Able to travel to Farleigh Golf Club - Warlingham, Surrey CR6 9PE.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Purchase ledger for Farleigh Golf Club.
  • Approve and enter invoices, pay suppliers and reconcile the Farleigh bank account monthly.
  • Run payroll for Farleigh each month.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts, supplies, invoices, balance sheets, company credit cards and daily revenue reports.
  • Assist with cash reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Purchase ledger for Farleigh Golf Club, which includes approving and entering invoices, paying suppliers and reconciling the Farleigh bank account monthly.
  • Running payroll for Farleigh each month.
  • Completing the above for Foxhills if required.
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts, supplies, invoices, balance sheets, company credit cards and daily revenue reports, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Assisting with cash reports and forecasts.
  • Assisting the Cashier with time critical aspects of the role.
Requirements:
