A financial services provider in Leicester is looking for an Accounts Assistant to manage invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate must have SAGE 100 experience and at least 2 years in a finance role. This is a temporary ongoing position offering £25,000 - £27,000, considering both full-time and part-time candidates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Enter sales and purchase invoices into Sage 100.
  • Make supplier payments.
  • Send out customer invoices and record payments.
  • Match bank statements with Sage 100 records.
  • Keep accounts up to date and fix any errors.
  • Check customer credit limits.
  • Help with monthly reports.
  • Help reconcile stock records in Sage.
  • Match purchase orders with deliveries and invoices.
  • Work with other departments to sort out payment or invoice issues.
  • Support senior finance staff on other projects.
  • Keep customer and supplier details up to date in Sage 100.
