Are you a finance professional seeking a flexible, part time opportunity? My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join an established and welcoming team supporting their Accountant on a 25 hour per week basis.

Responsibilities:

• Gaining approvals and processing accounts payable invoices
• Weekly cashflow forecasting
• Chasing overdue payments via telephone and email
• Bank account reconciliation on a daily basis
• Payment and receipt processing
• Processing employee expenses
• VAT return preparation on a quarterly basis
• Supporting with ad hoc duties as required
