Your new role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage the full sales ledger cycle—from quotations to invoicing and payment—while delivering excellent customer service. This hands-on role involves maintaining healthy cash flow, supporting clients throughout their journey, and driving continuous improvement in finance processes.
The position is fully office-based with flexible working hours (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm), offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in sales ledger and credit control, ideally in a service or technical setting
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Sage 200 and Microsoft Excel
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and process optimisation
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Experience in quoting, billing for time/parts/labour, or engineering (desirable)
