Qualifications

• Expérience d'au moins 1 an dans un rôle similaire en pratique publique.
• En cours de préparation d'une qualification professionnelle (ACCA, ICAS, etc.).
• Préparation des comptes jusqu'au bilan d'essai ou à l'étape de révision.

Responsibilities

• Préparer des états financiers annuels et de gestion pour un portefeuille diversifié.
• Assister à la tenue de livres, aux rapprochements bancaires et au traitement des factures.
• Préparer et soumettre les déclarations de TVA à temps.

Part Qualified Accountant – Fife

£28,000 – £33,000 + Full Study Support | Accountancy Firm | Fife

Are you part-qualified and looking to take the next big step in your accounting career? We’re working with a friendly and well-respected accountancy firm in Fife that’s on the lookout for an enthusiastic Part Qualified Accountant to join their team.

The role:

You’ll be preparing management and annual accounts for a variety of clients — from sole traders and partnerships to trusts, LLPs, and landed estates. It’s a great mix of hands-on work and client interaction, and you’ll get exposure to businesses in a wide range of sectors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing annual and management accounts for a diverse portfolio.
• Assisting with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.
• Preparing VAT returns and submitting them on time.
• Using cloud-based software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
• Working closely with clients and building positive relationships.
• Ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

About you:

• You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in public practice.
• You’re studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, ICAS, etc.).
• You’ve prepared accounts up to trial balance or review stage.
• You’ve used (or are keen to use) Xero, QuickBooks, or similar software.
• You’re a strong communicator and confident working with clients.
