A well-established company in Dorchester is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the Financial Controller with day-to-day financial operations. This hands-on role requires managing ledgers, performing reconciliations, and assisting with payroll and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will hold AAT Level 4 and have 3-5 years of relevant experience.

This is a rare opportunity to join an established company located in Dorchester, Dorset. You will support the Financial Controller with the day-to-day financial operations of the business. The role includes responsibility for managing the sales and purchase ledgers, performing reconciliations, assisting with payroll, and contributing to statutory and project-related financial reporting. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
