The Role

Interaction Recruitment is working with a well-established client in Cullompton who is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid admin skills and some finance experience to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing quotes, proformas, and basic financial documents
  • Monitor stock levels and help manage reordering
  • Maintain accurate customer and financial records
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries
  • Support internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Produce regular reports using internal systems and tools
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role (or strong transferable admin skills)
