Accounts Assistant

Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Embleton, West Cumbria
Pay Rate: £13 per hour, weekly pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Accounts Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact at reception, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing incoming calls and addressing inquiries efficiently
2. Welcoming and assisting visitors within the branch.
3. Supporting administrative matters within the accounts department.
4. Ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer service

What we are looking for:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
3. A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
4. Experience in an administrative or accounts-based role is a plus, but not essential.
