Accounts Assistant - International Law Firm | London

Finance grads welcome to apply

Our US law firm client is looking to hire an organised and proactive Accounts Assistant to join its London-based Finance team. This hire will support day-to-day finance operations across the firm's European offices.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing staff expenses
• Preparing weekly management reports
• Assisting with vendor invoice processing, cash receipts and system updates
• Supporting the billing function during busy periods with prebills, time edits and write-offs
• Posting payments and receipts to client accounts and supporting SRA audit preparation
• Collating data for end-of-year payroll reporting, including P11D and PAYE settlement

Candidate profile:

• Finance graduates with an interest in legal finance, or prior experience in a finance role within professional services; law firm background preferred
• Excel knowledge essential and Aderant experience advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, time management and written communication
• Collaborative, punctual and reliable with a proactive, problem-solving attitude

This is a varied role offering exposure across multiple finance functions within a high-performing team. A great opportunity to build further experience in a collaborative law firm environment.
