It's also a position of great responsibility where you'll deal with sending the payroll for the company as well as bank reconciliations. The ideal person for this role will be dedicated and looking for a career rather than a job - we hope that person is you!

Process all bank line payments, including internal transfers and submit for authorisation. Period end balance and reconciliation of all cashbooks and posting to the system.
  • Work closely with the purchase ledger team to process and match payments and reconcile any queries.
  • Issuing one-time purchasing cards and responsibility for the company purchasing cards. Monitor and reconcile all transactions on the credit card statement.
  • Submit daily sales ledger, payroll and purchase ledger BACS payments.
  • Maintenance and review of direct debits and standing orders.
  • Annual archiving and weekly filing.
  • Locking and updating Perfion stock codes.
  • Daily reporting to the parent company.
  • Assisting the management accounts team to cover annual leave and other absences.

  • Excellent communication skills, dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Some experience in an Accounts role. If you are partially through your AAT, we are happy to help fund this to help you grow and develop.
