The Role

This is a full time, permanent position based in either our Bristol or Warwick office. Hybrid working options, including working from home, are available.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Completing reconciliations for bank accounts in multiple currencies.
  • Posting bank transactions and journals.
  • Scanning and processing purchase ledger invoices onto accounting software.
  • Aiding the purchase ledger team by requesting copy invoices.
  • Reconciling statements received from associates and suppliers.
  • Managing accounts email inboxes and distributing accounts posts.
  • Sending out sales ledger copy invoices per client requests.
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Accounts team as required.

About You

To join us as an Accounts Assistant, youll need:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs including a Level 5 or above (equivalent to grade C or above) in Mathematics and English.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and pride in work product.
  • The ability to balance and prioritise workload, remain composed and level-headed during periods of particularly busy activity, and being proactive in helping other members of the team.
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
  • The ability to work individually and as a team.
