Accounts Assistant

Huntress are working with an established manufacturing business based in Bracknell who are looking for temporary support within their small finance team.

Role

The Accounts Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day Purchase ledger and many transactional operations of the finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the primary role is to ensure transactions are booked accurately and in a timely manner in line with company procedures and policies.

Experience Requirements:
  • Able to process high volumes of invoices
  • Eye for detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Good organisational skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • IT literate

Please note this role is office based - Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm (4.00pm finish on Friday). There is plenty of onsite parking and accessible by public transport.
