Accounts Assistant

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated professional to join a Finance team based in Bolton.In the role, you'll be managing day-to-day accounts, including payments, invoices, reconciliations, expenses, and supporting month-end finance tasks. This is a hybrid working role based in Bolton, with one day per week working from home.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments
• Match purchase orders to invoices
• Prepare and process payment runs
• Complete supplier and bank reconciliations
• Process staff expenses
• Reconcile Direct Debit income
• Support sales ledger and invoicing
• Assist with month-end accounts

What Experience is Required

• Previous Accounts Assistant/AP experience
• Experience with finance/accounting software
• SME or growing business experience desirable

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £33,000 depending on experience
