- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up to date.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and balance sheets.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial documentation.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding financial transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Prior experience or education in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
