What you'll do

• Manage purchase ledgers and resolve issues
• Ensure timely settlement of invoices and compliance with FCA regulations
• Maintain accurate audit trails and reconcile bank/supplier accounts
• Oversee company procedures for expenses and credit cards
• Identify and report account anomalies
• Maintain accurate client records and contribute to team objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold professional standards
• Producing reports on a weekly and monthly basis

About you

• Advanced Excel skills
• At least 3 years experience in Accounts within a commercial environment
• Confident orator to deal with senior stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
