Job description

Working with a leading NI Business, you will be working alongside the existing accounts team and focusing on Accounts Payable.

Duties:

  1. Manage Accounts Payable: process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  2. Analyse and prepare employee expenses.
  3. Prepare and post month-end journals (accruals, prepayments).
  4. Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
  5. Prepare and submit VAT returns.
  6. Assist with monthly management accounts.
  7. Perform stock reconciliations and reporting.

Criteria:
  1. Be part-qualified or qualified (IATI, CIMA, ACCA, ACA, etc.).
  2. Experience in a similar position.
  3. Excellent IT skills, including accounts packages.
  4. Organisational skills.
