Overview

Are you looking to start a professional career with a company that promotes growth and progression, with no experience needed?

You’ll be known internally as an Accounts Administrator, where you’ll assist with the day to day running of all client and office related financial matters.

Our offices are open from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. During these hours, you’ll work 37.5 hours each week, with no weekend shifts or work on bank holidays. Upon completion of your probation, typically 3 months, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid model with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.

To support your career progression, we’ll be placing you on an apprenticeship scheme which will enhance the skills and knowledge that will help you advance your career in finance!

How you'll make an impact

You’ll be responsible for supporting the team with a range of financial transactions and billing for client related matters. This can include processing receipts, payments, bank transfers and bills.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be:

  • Reconciling bank accounts for both clients and the office
  • Opening new accounts and chasing completed ones, whilst following company procedures
  • Sending daily payment notifications to suppliers and follow up on overdue debts
  • Securely saving and protecting all financial documents and records, ensuring confidentiality and security of all company and client information

And don’t worry if you don’t have any experience, ideally, it’s what we’re looking for, so we can train you on our systems and our way of doing things.
