Accounts and Tax Partner responsibilities include:
  1. Managing and growing a significant client portfolio, ensuring strong relationships and high client satisfaction
  2. Completing final reviews of larger, complex client files, ensuring quality, advice, and value
  3. Maintaining technical compliance and accuracy across all work areas, meeting deadlines and regulatory standards
  4. Recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing senior team to deliver exceptional client service
  5. Demonstrating expertise in accounting, tax, and compliance to uphold high standards of service
As an Accounts and Tax Partner, you will be/have:
  1. ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  2. CTA qualification (desirable but not essential)
  3. Experience as an Accounts and Tax Partner or Director in a mid-tier firm
  4. Strong ability to build client relationships and deliver tailored solutions
  5. Proven experience managing a large portfolio of accounts
  6. Success in business development or willingness to develop this skill
