Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team of a dynamic and rapidly expanding media group on a fast track to real responsibility. Based in central London, TVF Media comprises multiple award-winning divisions spanning across the media, arts and leisure sectors. With clients from every major territory around the globe, TVF are world leaders in documentary programming and distribution, masters at healthcare communications strategy and digital innovation and are notably responsible for the production of the world’s largest philosophy and music festival.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as an Accounts and Finance Analyst on a fast track to real responsibility.

During an intensive three-month training period covering the core elements of finance and accounts across our divisions, you will learn to assess real-world problems and visualise elegant solutions that improve our outcomes, applying contemporary management theory daily. Working within a wider Finance team with regular exposure to the Financial Director and CEO, you will be responsible for implementing real change and improvement in the operating divisions of the group. From a Financial perspective, this involves taking ownership of the group management accounts including reconciliations and assistance with invoicing, supplier payment processing, analysing and reporting on key data, as well providing great service at all points to the group’s divisions.

We expect the successful candidate to progress quickly and take up one of the most significant positions in the group, so there is plenty of scope for rapid career growth. In addition to this, we also offer support for professional accounting and finance qualifications (CIMA etc).

As an Accounts and Finance Analyst, you’ll be driven, technical and will be comfortable with data and tackling complex problems. You’ll also have the charisma, charm and flair to communicate effectively with clients as well as with team members internally in order to make things happen.

All candidates should have an excellent educational background, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude. A degree in Mathematics, Economics or other Finance or Business related subject is highly desirable, as is a proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

If you think you have the initiative and drive to succeed in this role, we would like to hear from you!
