Accounts Administrator - (fully remote) but must be based in Kent

Our client, a leading organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their remote finance team.

This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Kent for occasional team meetings or training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration and must be proficient in using Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for financial queries via phone and email
  • Process financial data and maintain accurate records across internal systems
  • Carry out financial reconciliations and administrative duties in line with GDPR
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries efficiently
  • Support the wider finance function to meet team and individual performance targets

Requirements:
