Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Accounts Administrator to join our EU Shared Service Centre based in Newport. The successful candidate will handle various financial processes supporting the daily operations of KLA’s European entities. Fluency in German and good communication skills are essential. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week onsite after training.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  1. Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  2. Process Travel & Expenses submissions and address related queries.
  3. Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
  4. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  6. Help prepare financial reports and statements.
  7. Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  9. Respond to queries from stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
  10. Assist in improving financial processes and procedures.
