Job description

SF Recruitment is pleased to be working with a central business in South Derbyshire, partnering with them to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent, part-time basis of approximately 20-25 hours per week. The working hours are flexible to accommodate individual needs. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be a vital member of the Finance Team, supporting the smooth operation of accounts administration.

Duties:
  1. Collaborate internally with departments such as Finance, Operations, and Sales.
  2. Engage with customers and suppliers.
  3. Ensure efficiency and accuracy in sales and purchase order processes to streamline sales coordination.
  4. Handle bank postings and reconciliations.
  5. Support credit control activities, helping to meet deadlines.
  6. Work closely with colleagues to oversee supplier account activity and maintain accurate records.
  7. Assist in processing weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely payments.
  8. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
