Accounts Administrator. Are you looking to launch your career in finance? We're currently working with a professional business based in Burford, who are looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual keen to gain hands-on experience in a finance function. Responsibilities
  • Responding to broker queries via phone and email, and directing them to the appropriate teams
  • Monitoring the accounts inbox and ensuring timely responses
  • Posting incoming broker payments and performing daily reconciliations
  • Processing daily claims payments and managing associated queries
  • Following up on outstanding payments and assisting with debt collection
  • Communicating with brokers to resolve payment discrepancies
  • Supporting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller with ad hoc tasks
Ideal candidate
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
