Accounts Administrator - RAF St Mawgan

  • £13.59 Per Hour
  • 30 Hours Per Week

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Accounts Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.


Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare and issue mess bills for members and visitors.
  • Record payments, reconcile accounts, and produce monthly debtor reports.
  • Process supplier invoices and manage payments (DD, BACs, cheques).
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including bank transfers, cash reconciliations, VAT returns, and monthly reports.
  • Support mess fund banking and statutory compliance.
  • Assist with function costing and work closely with mess managers.
  • General administrative duties (filing, photocopying, mail).
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
