Are you passionate about fire safety and protection? Morgan Fire Protection specialises in the delivery of planned and corrective maintenance for fire detection systems and portable extinguishers. While our operational resources are primarily based around London, we proudly offer national coverage through our reactive delivery model.

Basic Salary – £24,000 per annum subject to experience

Morgan Fire Protection’s Accounts Administrator

Manage all clients accounts and invoicing providing an excellent service to our customers.

  • Invoice jobs on Cash for windows, daily, weekly or monthly, as per the customers’ requirements
  • Check information is correct on each job before invoicing
  • Check account names & address and correct if necessary
  • Check Purchase Orders/quotes match the jobs costs before invoicing
  • Liaise with engineers regarding works completed, pricing, customer details etc
  • Liaise with other departments & branches where required
  • Assist engineers & credit control with any queries
  • Be responsible for your allocated Key Accounts
  • Invoice other engineers’ work when members of the team are off
  • Raise credit notes when necessary & send to the customer
  • Possibly take credit card payments from customers, via sending a link to customers email or mobile phone
  • Bring & collect post from our other office location
  • Assist with day to day running of the shared billing inbox
  • Deal with customer queries regarding invoicing via phone or email
  • Upload invoices/certificates to customer portals
  • Working with excel spreadsheets
  • Any other ad hoc work as required within Accounts and other departments

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual
