Milton Keynes | 10am–2pm, Monday to Wednesday

This role has the potential to grow into a full time role with more responsbilities.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Administrator to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. This flexible role is ideal for someone who wants to work around school hours while making a real impact in a busy, creative business environment.

• Weekly trade payables management
• Raising invoices and processing bills
• Monitoring and supporting cash flow management
• Working closely with our production and operations team
• Day-to-day use of Xero accounting software

You’ll Need:

• Experience in a similar accounts/admin role
• Confidence using Xero (or similar accounting software)
• Good understanding of cash flow and bookkeeping basics
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Customer service experience to support our clients
• Have worked in a small business or fast-paced environment
• Are confident with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Some level of flexibility to support our clients from time to time
