Job description

My client is a rapidly growing business based in the Swinton area. Due to the growth of the organisation, my client requires an administrator/data inputting assistant. This role is for a 6-month contract.

This role is responsible for the accurate recording of completed service information as required for billing, reporting, and legal compliance. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure consistent quality and adherence to KPIs. A key focus is interpreting and inputting data from supply chain documentation into the ERP system, ensuring processes are followed diligently and company behaviors are observed to maintain a cohesive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delivering consistent quality while inputting high volumes of information from various formats, ensuring completion of weekly and monthly inputting by KPIs.
  2. Monitoring and inputting data accurately and promptly.
  3. Identifying open orders requiring completion and chasing relevant parties for missing information.
  4. Filling in the internal query log accurately and closing queries swiftly once resolved.
  5. Identifying missing and historical rebate prices and chasing relevant parties for accurate and up-to-date pricing.
  6. Filing all inputted paperwork correctly in the central location and onto the system as required.
  7. Supporting customer or supplier queries if needed.
  8. Performing any additional administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in Accounts Admin/Data Input and be seeking a role with progression and development opportunities.
