Overview

We are seeking an Accounts/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital for supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative and accounts processes, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding automotive services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases.
  • Handle customer inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide management and Accountant with regular and accurate information.
  • Maintain Sales and Purchase ledgers
Qualifications
  • AAT Level 3 or similar
  • Motor Trade experience and familiarity with Kerrige/CDK
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Accountant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
