Job summary

Elite Sourcing is seeking an Accountancy Tutor to support learners across Liverpool and Manchester. You’ll teach groups of 20–30, explaining accounting concepts and helping students progress toward AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualifications.

Newly qualified applicants are welcome and previous teaching experience isn’t essential. The role requires travel between two city-based training centres and a driven, supportive approach.

Qualifications

• AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification with all exams passed.
• Clear communication and ability to explain complex ideas.
• Warm, friendly, patient and approachable.
• Passion for helping people learn.
• Keen to develop confidence leading a classroom.
• Willing to travel to Liverpool and Manchester training centres.

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging lessons with clear explanations and practical examples.
• Supporting learners with different levels of knowledge and confidence.
• Preparing lessons, course packs and exam preparation materials.
• Marking papers and providing constructive feedback.
• Encouraging learners and helping them stay motivated.
